OK.... here's what the Minnetonka Redress did to prepare for the draft...
I went back to 2005, and looked at the State House and Senate websites. I remember a few years ago hearing about how good the Minnesota Legislation websites were compared to other states, and was glad to find that they are rather easy to use. You can find information there about all of the bills, and their author's here...
